H&E Motor Finance is the finance arm of Herts and Essex Motor Company, an FCA-authorised used-vehicle dealership based at Unit F Belcon Industrial Estate, Bingley Road, Hoddesdon, Hertfordshire, EN11 0NX. We are authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority under FRN 709991 and act as a credit broker, not a lender. We arrange Personal Contract Purchase (PCP) and Hire Purchase (HP) finance on cars and vans through a panel of established UK lenders, at a representative APR of 10.9% (fixed). We serve customers across Hertfordshire and Essex — including Hoddesdon, Hertford, Ware, Cheshunt, Broxbourne, Harlow, St Albans, Watford, Stevenage, Chelmsford and surrounding areas — as well as private and business buyers throughout the UK.
H&E Motor Finance is part of Herts and Essex Motor Company, an FCA authorised dealership with over 10 years of trading from our base in Hoddesdon, Hertfordshire.
We are a credit broker, not a lender. That means we work with a panel of established UK lenders to find the right finance package for each customer — whether that's a private buyer looking at their next car or a sole trader funding a new van.
We don't charge fees. We may receive a commission from the lender we introduce you to.
